Note: The Narcotic Treatment Program Advisory Committee (NTPAC) has been incorporated into the newly created Behavioral Health Stakeholder Advisory Committee (BH-SAC). Topics previously addressed by the NTPAC will be addressed by the BH-SAC beginning July 10, 2019.

The Narcotic Treatment Program Advisory Committee (NTPAC) meets to discuss emerging issues and provide information regarding regulatory and policy issues associated with opiate treatment in California. Membership of the NTPAC includes providers, county representatives, and criminal justice representatives.
