SB 75 - Stakeholders
DHCS is working with CWDA, county human services agencies, Covered California, advocates, and other interested parties to identify and provide Medi-Cal coverage to all children under 19 with qualifying income.

Consumer Advocates
The
DHCS Immigration Workgroup meets with stakeholders on a
bi-weekly basis to discuss issues and concerns relevant to the Medi-Cal for All Children expansion. Information from prior meetings and items currently under review are posted
here.
Health Providers
DHCS will conduct webinar meetings with health and dental providers to provide information on how SB 75 affects them. The Department will also consults with them for input and recommendations.
Managed Care
The DHCS Managed Care Operations Division conducts a conference call with Managed Care Plans and Plan Associations on a weekly basis to address concerns, provide feedback, and share updates regarding the progress and implementation of SB 75.
Health Plan Enrollment Broker
DHCS provides meets with the health plan enrollment broker on a weekly basis to provide feedback to changes in business rules, system changes, call center training, and other directives.
Legislature
DHCS engages the Legislature on the implementation of this new law through the Week Ahead Report (WAR) process.
