The purpose of the PACE Policy Letter is to communicate changes in policy or procedure at the Federal or State levels.  These letters provide instruction to the PACE organizations, if applicable on how to implement these changes on an operational basis.  If you have questions concerning a specific PACE Policy Letter, please contact your assigned contract manager.​​​​​​​​

  • PL 22-03
    The purpose of this policy letter is to notify PACE Organizations (PO) of the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Administrative Fee for Adult Day Health Care Centers (ADHC), Primary Care Clinics (PCC), and Home Health Agencies (HHA) Serving Only PACE Participants, as set forth in Welfare & Institutions Code (WIC) Section 14592(c) and (n).
  • PL 22-02 Revised
    The purpose of this Policy Letter (PL) is to clarify standards and procedures for the enrollment and disenrollment of participants in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Organizations (PO). This PL incorporates guidance from the PACE Final Rule published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), effective August 2, 2019, and codified in Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations (42 CFR) section 460.150 et seq.
