Provider Information Network

The Provider Information Network (PIN) is a search tool that you can use to find a doctor, dentist, hospital, medical clinic or dental clinic located near your home, work, school, daycare or any other address that you enter. You can search by County, Zip Code or Address. Based on what you search for, you can also select a language the provider speaks and the services they provide. If you enter an address, driving instructions are included. The PIN website is available in English and Spanish and maintained by Health Care Options.
