County and Provider Monitoring
The County and Provider Monitoring Sections (CPMS) provide technical assistance and consultation regarding Medi-Cal Behavioral Health services to County Behavioral Health departments.
CPMS staff are assigned as liaisons to specific Counties to act as a Behavioral Health points of contact. The liaisons facilitate communication between the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and Counties to ensure compliance with Federal and State requirements.
