Request for Information #22-002
Mobile Crisis Training, Readiness Reviews & Technical Assistance
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is soliciting information from interested parties that may be able to support the implementation of mobile crisis services across California through training, readiness reviews, and ongoing technical assistance for the state's 58 counties and city behavioral health departments (e.g., City of Berkeley, Tri-Cities Mental Health Authority) and participating mobile crisis service providers.
This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the State to form a binding contract. Responding vendors are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
DHCS asks willing vendors to share non-binding budgetary pricing information. Pricing is only for planning purposes. Any pricing provided in a response to this RFI will not be considered a proposal/bid on the part of the responding vendor.
