Request for Information #22-005
Third-Party Administrator (TPA)
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) #22-005 to provide information and solicit input from Interested Parties.
As a part of the
Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI), the Department of Health
Care Services (DHCS) may contract with a business services vendor to serve as a
Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for DHCS’ grant strategy to scale-up evidence-based
and community-defined evidence practices (EBPs/CDEPs). DHCS invites vendors to
review and respond to this non-binding RFI, which will provide information to
DHCS to inform its grant management strategy. DHCS is seeking information from vendors who may
be able to assist DHCS in implementing its CYBHI EBP/CDEP grant strategy and provide
feedback on the services described in the preliminary draft Scope of Work (RFI
Attachment I). DHCS may use the RFI responses to refine the Scope of Work.
This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the State to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. DHCS asks willing Respondents to share nonbinding budgetary pricing information for each identified solution where requested. Pricing is only for planning purposes. Any pricing provided in a response to this RFI will not be considered an offer on the part of a Respondent.
Questions regarding this RFI should be submitted via email to: CDRFI2@dhcs.ca.gov
