​TCM System User Levels

There are five levels of users for the TCM System. Each level or user group has different functions that they may perform on the system. Click on the user level to see more information.

DHCS Administrator

Assigns LGA Administrator, DHCS User and DHCS Account user names and passwords
Can Download data from all LGAs
Can add/update LGA profiles
Can view encounter information
Can approve, adjust, deny, offset or supplement invoices

DHCS User

Can add/update LGA profiles
Can approve, adjust, deny, offset or supplement invoices
Can view encounter information

DHCS Accounting

Enters schedule number for each approved invoice
Can view display of schedule information

LGA Administrator

Assigns LGA User names and passwords
Can upload encounter files
Can download LGA information from the TCM System
Can manually enter and modify encounters
Can create and submit invoices
Can enter receipt of payment
Can view summary LGA information

LGA User

Can manually view, enter and modify encounters
Can upload encounter files
