​Medi-Cal Telehealth Dashboard

As part of an overall initiative aimed at monitoring telehealth utilization within Medi-Cal, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is building a foundation to further evaluate telehealth data in the form of data analytics which includes the below Interactive Telehealth Dashboard and a Bi-Annual Telehealth Utilization Narrative. The objective is to consistently provide a range of telehealth metrics and articulate telehealth data in a format that is easily comprehensible and informative.

Phase I- Available Now- Medical Services data related to telehealth utilization.

Phase II- Available Summer 2024- Mental Health, Drug Medi-Cal (Medi-Cal Rx), and Dental services data related to telehealth utilization
