In July 2020, the Department of Health Care Services (Department) sent letters to Medi-Cal providers requesting that a 340B Drug Pricing Self-Audit be performed. Based upon feedback received from impacted providers and provider associations, the Department compiled frequently asked Questions and Answers (Q&A) to assist providers with completion of the self-audit. The Q&As compilation is a fluid document that will be updated periodically as needed. Questions not covered in the Q&As may be directed via email to 340B.audit@dhcs.ca.gov.
