​​​​Registration LIVE for Clinic Workforce Stabilization Retention Payments (CWSRP)

On November 15, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) opened registration for CWSRP through December 20, 2022. Qualified clinics, including all Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), which also include Tribal FQHCs and FQHC look-alikes, free clinics, Indian health clinics, intermittent clinics, and rural health clinics (RHCs), are required to register with DHCS in order to participate in CWSRP. Once registered and approved, qualified clinics will be provided a link to apply for retention payments on behalf of eligible employees. Applications will be accepted between December 29, 2022, and January 27, 2023. DHCS encourages early registration and application submission to allow ample time for validation and processing prior to the due date. DHCS anticipates issuing payments to qualified clinics in February 2023, and clinics receiving funding must issue payments to qualified employees within 60 days of receipt of funds.
