The following are links to State Plan Amendments (SPA) that were submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for review and have since been withdrawn by DHCS.  These SPAs are no longer being reviewed by CMS.

  • 19-0016​ proposed to align the ABP with SPA 19-0009 to provide comprehensive vision services and eyeglasses as a new service to the LEA BOP.
