Annual Statements​​

​Existing Annual Filers
​Submit an originally signed Form 700 (The deadline is extended to the next business day if the date falls on a weekend)
​Filers who filed Assuming Office Statement during the period of October 1 - December 31 of the prior year
​Do not need to file an annual statement until April 1 of the next annual filing cycle 
(i.e., appointed October 31, 2015 – do not need to file annual statement until April 1, 2017.  The annual statement will cover the day after you assumed office November 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015)
 
The Statement of Economic Interests Form 700 is a public record and will be available to the public for seven years.
